My sweetie and I just got back from a fun trip to California--sans kids! We went to San Francisco! It was wonderful. He had a conference and I just got to relax. We stayed right downtown and got to have many exciting adventures! Here are a few highlights:

We took the ferry from Pier 39 over to Alcatraz! Beautiful but windy!

We actually rode on this trolley, which was so packed that we had to stand side by side and hang on the outside edge! Very fun and very "San Franciscan" (is that a word?)

What a fun trip...I have always wanted to see CAlifornia! Maybe one of these days! Maybe I'll even buy a few post cards too! :) LOL! That's a great picture! I know Matt must have enjoyed taking that one!
